St Marys newsletter was established in 2005 and since then its been a regular update on all thing St Marys.
Celebrating Diversity
Children and families are very welcome. Our current congregation is well represented with BAME members. We are diverse in age and background and gather together to form a community and loving presence at the heart of the City of Sheffield.
St Mary’s is part of the Church of England and the Diocese of Sheffield
Supporting Through Covid
Covid Support
Covid 19 has presented all of us with challenges and we are now living in an increasingly anxious time. St Mary’s aims to offer a safe space during this time. Our services will reflect real life concerns. We don’t pretend to have all the answers but offer a non-anxious presence that can help provide hope and reassurance.
Covid Secure Venue
We have worked hard to make sure we are Covid secure. Hands: Face: Space – we stay 2m apart; ensure hands are sanitised and wear face coverings. For Track & Trace you will need to leave your name and contact details or simply download the QR Code at the venue.
Covid and Activities
Our regular activities have had to adapt to Covid. We are committed to building a sense of belonging and community and this is really hard with social distancing. However this has meant we need to put a few events on hold for the time being.
