A message from Revd Claire Dawson
Dear Friends at St Mary’s,
This weeks newsletter and reflection has been produced for us by Karen and is in the link below.
As church communities we are beginning to gather again for worship as the start of our next phase. St Mary’s Church will be meeting this Sunday (19th) at 12pm for a short act of worship and a socially distanced picnic. We are meeting outside in the grounds, this is safer and also we are not then restricted by numbers.
I am looking forward to seeing those who are able to come on Sunday for our first real gathering since lockdown! It will be really good to be able to see people in person. Because we are meeting outside there is no restrictions on numbers so long as we keep to 2m distance – you are all welcome! What we need to do is keep a record of everyone who has attended – this is for track and trace and will only be kept for 21 days.
Below are links to some information about keeping yourself and each other safe and also readings and prayers you may find useful to bring to the service.
Hope to see as many as are able to come on Sunday.
Love and best wishes
The Home Acts of Worship sheet for Ordinary Time are below – we continue to gather in our homes at 10.30am on Sunday and 7pm on Wednesdays to share worship together but separately – or at a time which suits you!
There will be no Zoom meeting this week.
Roots resources are providing free prayers and reflections for adults, families and children for each Sunday
