Conference & Catering Manager

I have worked at St. Mary’s for 15 years. Prior to that I worked for the Boots Company as Catering & Events Manager on the Head office site in Nottingham. This involved organising and managing a team of 70 staff to cater for 8,500 employees in a range of restaurants, staff canteens and hubs, including fine dining for the executive directors & senior managers, conferences, banquets  & special events.

I have vast experience of events and hospitality management with a keen eye for detail and a creative ‘can do’ approach.

I am proud to offer a food service that delivers quality homemade food (our supplies are locally sourced where possible) and it means the most to me to be leading a team dedicated to delivering first class events & services, and to know that the profits we generate, help fund worthwhile projects that support and give hope to people on the margins of life.
